3 Piece Trunnion Ball Valve

3 Piece Trunnion Ball Valve are side entry construction features easy maintenance. This type of trunnion ball valves are bolted body connection, the valve may be disassembled when the neccessary by loosening the bolting to replace the standard parts such as gasket, O-Ring and packing.

3 Piece Trunnion Ball Valves are made of cast steel or forged steel. For a cast steel trunnion ball valve, 3 piece body may be adopted when the sizes are bigger than 12”; for a forged steel trunnion ball valve, 3 piece body may be adopted when the sizes are bigger than 4”.

3 Piece Trunnion Ball Valves are engineered and manufactured especially for oil and gas pipeline application. 3 Piece Trunnion Ball Valves provide excellent corrosion resistance and superior sealing performance at both high and low pressures.

Trunnion ball valves are low emission capable due to the O-ring design; All O-rings are of AED (anti-explosive decompression) design. Standard ball in either full stainless steel or 3 mil high phosphorus electroless nickel plated for superior corrosion protection.

Our facility is with CE certification. All our valves are 100% tested with API 6D, API 598 or customer specified standard before leave the factory.
