GOST 33259-2015. Flanges for valves, fittings and pipelines for pressure to PN 250. Design, dimensions and general technical requirements.

This standard applies to connecting flanges of pipe fittings (hereinafter referred to as valves), connecting parts and pipelines, as well as to connecting flanges of machines, equipment, instruments, pipes, apparatus and tanks for nominal pressure up to PN 250 and establishes the design and dimensions of steel and cast iron flanges, determines the types of flanges, the types of forms of sealing surfaces, sets the technical requirements for the manufacture, marking, testing and control. This standard provides guidance on the choice of material for flanges and fasteners for flange joints as well as on the choice of a sealing surface depending on the hazard and the parameters of the working medium. On the flanges for other objects, parameters and conditions of application are GOST 1536, GOST 4433, GOST 9399, GOST 25660, GOST 28759.1-GOST 28759.5

Настоящий стандарт распространяется на присоединительные фланцы трубопроводной арматуры (далее – арматуры), соединительных частей и трубопроводов, а также на присоединительные фланцымашин, оборудования, приборов, патрубков, аппаратов и резервуаров на номинальное давление до PN 250 и устанавливает конструкцию и размеры стальных и чугунных фланцев, определяет типы фланцев, типы форм уплотнительных поверхностей, устанавливает технические требования к изготовлению, маркировке, испытаниям и контролю. В настоящем стандарте приведены рекомендации по выбору материала для фланцев и крепежных деталей фланцевых соединений а также по выбору уплотнительной поверхности в зависимости от опасности и параметров рабочей среды. На фланцы для других объектов, параметров и условий применения действуют ГОСТ 1536, ГОСТ 4433, ГОСТ 9399, ГОСТ 25660, ГОСТ 28759.1-ГОСТ 28759.5

GOST R 54808-2011 Pipeline valves. Leakage rates of valves

This standard establishes the norms and classes of tightness of valves of pipeline valves (hereinafter referred to as valves) of nominal diameters from DN 3 to DN 2000 for nominal pressures from PN 1 to PN 420 of all types (stop, return, safety, regulating, distribution and mixing, phase separation) and all types (valves, valves, taps and butterfly valves), as well as for combined fittings. The norms of tightness given in the standard are used for all types of tests, as well as for checking the tightness of a valve in service. This standard is suitable for conformity assessment purposes.

Настоящий стандарт устанавливает нормы и классы герметичности затворов трубопроводной арматуры (далее – арматура) номинальных диаметров от DN 3 до DN 2000 на номинальные давления от PN 1 до PN 420 всех видов (запорная, обратная, предохранительная, регулирующая, распределительно-смесительная, фазоразделительная) и всех типов (задвижки, клапаны, краны и дисковые затворы), а также для комбинированной арматуры. Нормы герметичности, приведенные в стандарте, применяют при всех видах испытаний, а также при проверках герметичности затвора арматуры в процессе эксплуатации. Настоящий стандарт пригоден для целей подтверждения соответствия
